Best trattoria in Rome. Among the classic first courses, they make very good meat and fish (baccalà) on certain days of the week. The staff is amazing, and the host, Sandro, is a great guy.

For me it was the best restaurant in Rome. The food is absolutely amazing, everything I tasted (and we visited twice) was perfect. I strongly recommend the lamb if you like and the veal. The desserts and pasta were great too. The service was a bit rude but I can see that they were very busy and it's part of the atmosphere.

The most unassuming 10/10 after a few days in Rome, just around the corner of where we’re staying. Fresh, simple, amazing. Line up, speak up, know how many people you are (in Italian) drink the house wine, and watch the world go by.

Fully recommended in case you're looking for an authentic experience in a roman tavern. Recipes and courses are fresh, strictly close to the tradition and homemade. Prices are fair. Location is simple and aligned with the tavern philosophy but in a romantic small square of Trastevere neighborhood. If I have the chance I'll be happy to visit this place again.

Affordable local food with the option of half portions or splitting full portions. Friendly local atmosphere. Sat down and was served bread and butter for free. We can vouch for the marinara rigatoni and the lasagna, both were finger licking good.
